Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy. In my role, I work on cross-functional strategic initiatives across the company with the goal of enabling end-to-end alignment and optimal performance at the organizational level.
Growing up, I was very close to my grandmother, who was a physician and inspired me to start my career in the healthcare industry (fun fact: my grandmother was also a medical school professor, and one of her students coincidentally ended up being my pediatrician!).
After college, I worked across the U.S. and global health spaces, first at DaVita (Fortune 500 healthcare company) then FHI 360 (global health & development organization). I more recently finished up a dual MBA/MPA degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where I focused on startups, healthcare and international development. In transitioning from graduate school, BrightInsight has been an amazing opportunity to be a part of an incredible team driving impact at the frontier of digital health on a global scale.
Dark chocolate! I usually have a square (or two!) as dessert after dinner. You can also find me snacking on fruit (clementines are my favorite) throughout the day.

Accountable to one another, our valued customers and our mission-critical projects
I have been amazed at how committed BI teammates are to one another’s success in service of our shared mission, and seeing that tangibly manifest in how much we are collaborating, supporting and learning together on this journey. An example I can share is right after I started, one of my earliest projects required contributions from all our departments. Throughout the project, I was amazed at how generous BI teammates were in offering their time to provide input, ideas and feedback. This experience (along with many others since then) has shown how much Accountability (and our values more broadly) shines through in our day-to-day work.
I love that we have built a community that brings together teammates with a shared commitment to our mission while also valuing each person’s unique contributions to our work. I have really enjoyed seeing how our teams – often comprised of individuals with different areas of expertise, personalities and perspectives -- have been able to collaborate, problem solve and bring out the best in what we can all contribute.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading and watching British mystery series with my family. COVID-19 aside, I also love exploring bookstores and museums (especially when I travel to new places!).
