I am the Director of Customer Success at BrightInsight. My role is all about helping to bring our products to life in market, focused on delivering better patient outcomes and value for our customers. I have the privilege to work with a wide range of the cross functional teams both here at BrightInsight and across all our partner organizations. We are united by our vision to deliver an exceptional patient experience and ensure we apply a lens on launch execution from the original point of product ideation all the way through to delivering long-term sustainable success.
I was born in London but grew up in the County of Dorset in the UK. I loved my childhood living on a farm which helped develop my love for nature and the outdoors. We had several archeological excavations on the farm and a museum which helped me learn and challenge my thinking while meeting a huge range of inspirational people across the sciences, natural history and arts. This has instilled the value of having a wide-ranging external network and maintaining a curious but solution-oriented mindset to this day.
Sport has always been a huge part of my life, I played cricket ever since I can remember, I love most sports but the two big ones for me were basketball from aged 7 until rowing took over my life to be by far my favorite sport. Now I have the privilege to watch and support my two girls as they discover the joy of sports through many different activities.
My passion for science lead me to complete my undergrad studies in Biology. After graduating I worked as a volunteer in the Kilombero valley in Southeastern Tanzania, doing population biology work with a focus on large mammal species in the area. This was an incredible experience which then led me to planting trees in Northern Ontario in Canada before eventually returning to the UK to start my career.
Professionally, I am a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of successful experience across the Pharma value chain. Accomplished in global strategic marketing and digital health as well as local execution and operational effectiveness. Experience developing highly productive teams which work across departments to achieve operational efficiencies and exceed organizational objectives.
I am highly competitive and driven to consistently challenge my concept of what is possible.

They all resonate super strongly and are so interconnected. However, I will call out agility. Working in an organization that values agility is so important as it enables us all to use and direct our passion and vision to drive change in healthcare and realize the huge gains that digital first care can deliver. This unlock helps bring us together as a team and if we all lean into every challenge and potential barrier with an agile growth mindset we can unleash and leverage the collective talent across the org. As a startup it’s a huge strength for us right now in this sector and we must continue to bring this value to life every day and ensure we maintain this mindset as we scale.
Every day I have the opportunity to make a difference for patient care, at scale across multiple TAs. We have a clear mission, incredible team and the agility to make anything possible. The range of work allows me to maintain a clear stretch and growth mindset for my own continued development.
I love to spend as much time as possible with my kids, which usually means driving to different sports clubs and activities at the weekend. We also all share the love of wildlife and exploring the outdoors.
