We are excited to announce that BrightInsight made Forbes’ 2023 list of America’s Best Startup Employers. So proud that our unique remote workplace and supportive collaborative culture were recognized with this amazing honor.
Forbes partners with Statistica to compile the list by evaluating 2,600 US-based startups with at least 50 employees. The criteria includes employer reputation, employee satisfaction and growth. There are 500 companies that earned the distinction and BrightInsight claimed the 298th spot overall, and we ranked 28th in the healthcare category.
Our CEO, Kal Patel, and SVP of People, Paul DuCharme, set the tone by prioritizing the mental and physical well-being of our employees, alongside professional development. Leadership supports several mental health programs including an employee assistance program and a virtual mental health platform offering clinically led groups connecting coworkers who share similar experiences. And our monthly mental health days off are a special perk that allows our teammates to take some time off for themselves or their families, without falling behind at work.
