As we wrap 2020, we are pleased to announce that our company was included in the Silicon Review’s annual 50 Best Workplaces list for 2020. You can read the feature here. This latest recognition reinforces BrightInsight’s leadership position in digital health for biopharma and medtech. This year, we tripled the size of our team, bringing on new team members across all departments including engineering, operations, commercial, marketing, sales, legal and customer support.

Each member of our team brings varied talents and experiences in technology and healthcare—all focused on our mission to accelerate regulated digital health innovation for biopharma and medtech by leveraging our scalable, regulated digital health platform. The nature of our work is fast-paced, impactful and provides our employees the opportunity to work across a wide range of therapeutic areas, across digital health products and with many of the world’s top biopharma and medtech companies.

Our team growth in 2020 was fueled by major customer wins including, CSL Behring, as well as Series B funding which brought our total funding to $65M. In addition to this latest news, BrightInsight was named a LinkedIn Top Startup for 2020, Google Cloud’s Technology Partner of the Year for Healthcare for the 2nd year in a row, was named to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150 list, and Frost & Sullivan recognized BrightInsight with its 2020 Global Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award for our work advancing and accelerating digital health innovation in biopharma and medtech.

At BrightInsight, we aim to create a work environment that is rewarding, collaborative, inclusive and a place where everyone is inspired to advance digital health and have an impact on people’s lives and health.

Especially this year, with the pandemic requiring us to work remotely, we’ve paid special attention and developed programs to ensure teamwork, communication and support for all employees. We’ve implemented HR-led initiatives that support career development and advancement, created regular communication channels for managers and their teams, and solicit employee feedback monthly.
