Vanshaj has over 9 years of experience in building regulated Digital Health products and is passionate about applying technology to address the needs of healthcare. Starting his career as a Software Developer, he served various roles in Healthcare Innovation, Engineering, Product Development, and Leadership.
As the VP of Mobile Engineering at BrightInsight, Vanshaj has overall accountability for leading and managing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all BrightInsight products. In this role, he manages the organization of product managers, software architects, system engineers, UI/UX designers, and program managers, as well as collaborates with marketing, sales, operations, and delivery teams. Vanshaj drives innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership, thoughtful analysis, and decisive action, as well as providing the overall vision for the product roadmap.
Previously, Vanshaj headed the Delivery for BrightInsight in the US where he was responsible for the successful implementation of BrightInsight's US customer projects. In this role, Vanshaj worked with BrightInsight's Engineering, Sales, Legal, Product teams, and other internal stakeholders, while regularly interacting with customers, who are the world’s top biopharma and Medtech companies.
Vanshaj holds a BS in Information Technology from Mumbai University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
