Swati leads Business Operations for BrightInsight, drawing on fifteen years of experience in Operational Execution and Excellence, Process Engineering and Program Management at Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining BrightInsight, Swati was head of Business Operations at the Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center’s Digital Health startup, employing a broad range of technologies — including sensors, algorithms, Mobile Apps, machine learning, AR/VR and integrated platforms — to accelerate the development of digital health offerings.
As an Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Swati specialized in change management, user engagement and technology adoption, helping her clients execute transformational change programs.
Swati’s career began in Silicon Valley as a Manufacturing Engineer and Program Manager at Cisco, launching flagship products and delivering the international business transformations that were key to transforming Cisco’s business after the dot.com bust.
Swati holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
