Sarah Duranske brings more than two decades of legal leadership experience across digital health, medical devices, and regulated technology. As General Counsel (Fractional) of BrightInsight, she oversees all global legal matters, partnering with the executive team to advance the company’s strategy while navigating complex commercial, operational, and data-governance landscapes.
Before joining BrightInsight, Sarah served as Vice President of Legal at SI-BONE, a publicly traded medical device company, where she led the legal department through significant revenue growth, product launches, and the implementation of enterprise risk and ESG programs. She previously held senior legal roles at Ooma and Cord Blood Registry, managing commercial contracting, privacy programs, litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Her earlier career includes practicing at Covington & Burling and Perkins Coie, clerking for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and serving on the faculty at Stanford Law School.
Sarah holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, a B.A. from Pomona College, and is licensed to practice in California and North Carolina.
