Paul E. DuCharme is Vice President, HR at BrightInsight, a Silicon Valley start-up that takes the hard work out of building, scaling & maintaining regulated digital health products and services. A regulated digital health platform that accelerates time to market and minimizes risk, BrightInsight is built on top of a Quality Management System that supports and optimizes up to Class III regulated drugs, devices, software and digital therapeutics through integrated data and actionable insights.
Prior to BrightInsight, Paul worked with RallyHealth, part of Optum, UnitedHealth Group, as Chief People Officer. At Rally®, Paul was also entrusted with responsibility for IT, Facilities, and Corporate Real Estate. Later, he was named VP of Human Capital for Optum's Global Technology team.
Prior to RallyHealth, Paul served as Chief People Officer at Apigee, where he worked extensively with the leadership team to ready the company for entrance into the public markets (IPO: NASDAQ). Later, he served as a key member of the leadership team supporting Google’s acquisition of Apigee, including accountability for integrating Apigee into Google’s Cloud Platform team.
Paul graduated with an MBA Human Resources from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
