Heather Gwynn is a strategic operations and talent leader with more than 15 years of experience building high-performing teams, scalable people systems, and business operation processes in regulated digital health, SaaS, and consulting environments.
Heather’s expertise spans across operational process design, contract and vendor management, and people operations, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Known for being execution-focused, Heather partners closely with cross-functional leaders to align operations, AI-enabled process improvements, and cost optimization with company goals. She is Six Working Genius certified and passionate about developing teams, coaching leaders, and using data and EOS-style metrics to drive better decisions and long-term outcomes.
Prior to BrightInsight, Heather held regional recruiting manager and training roles specialized in the Workday Ecosystem, and built global training programs on effective, compliant interviewing. She also led multi-branch operations for technical staffing agencies, consistently growing revenue, improving profitability, and mentoring high-performing recruitment and sales teams.
Heather studied communications and holds a diploma in Communications from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts. Outside of work, she enjoys curating experiences around food, events, and connection, and brings that same spirit of thoughtful hospitality to the culture and communities she helps build at work.
