Christine Isbell

Christine leads the strategy and operations for patient support programs here at BrightInsight. Her passion for helping prescribers, patients and their families navigate the complex landscape of therapy initiation, affordability, and adherence is the driving force behind her.

As Vice President, Head of Customer Success, Christine is responsible for the global patient support vision and driving the collaboration between people and tech-enabled digital solutions to support the therapeutic journeyPartnering with her engineering and product colleagues to Her team is composed of operations and project management leaders that together are focused on building a solution to ease the customer burden of starting and staying on prescribed therapies. Partnering with her engineering and product colleagues to integrate patient support initiatives into the broader Bright Insight business model.

Christine brings over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space focused in Market Access and Patient Services. Her track record boasts an impressive array of accomplishments, including a wealth of experience in launching groundbreaking products within the specialty and rare disease sectors. Christine has been responsible for building infrastructure for seven new products in various therapeutic areas, including oncology, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis, infectious disease, orthopedics, endocrine, and most recently digital therapeutics. One standout achievement is her pivotal role in launching the first-ever product to receive Breakthrough Designation by the FDA.

Christine graduated top of her class with a BS in HealthCare Administration and earned her Masters in Business Administration with a minor in project management from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN.
