Candice is responsible for aligning business goals with project execution and operations. Her department serves as the connective tissue across Patient Support Programs (PSP), Engineering, Product, and G&A, fostering collaboration and accountability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
With over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and technology sectors, Candice has honed her expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and life cycle management. She has effectively navigated the challenges of bringing products to market, including launching new products in oncology and rare disease sectors, manufacturing and new drug formulations, deploying HUB services and building specialized pharmacy networks, commercializing drugs in over 35 countries, and leading global company expansion efforts through business development.
Candice is a United States Marine Veteran with a BS in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona. A dedicated mentor and advocate for continuous learning, she actively participates in industry events and is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
