Marcelo Duhalde leads BrightInsight Europe. He has over 20 years of international experience in business transformation based on technology.
Before joining BrightInsight, Marcelo established Amgen’s European Digital Health organization and launched their first CE-Marked software medical device. He has also launched three additional software medical devices including EMR system integration.
He has worked in pharmaceuticals for fifteen years, including seven years at Novartis and eight at Amgen. Before that, he led business transformation initiatives at Deutsche Bank, Ericsson, and Procter & Gamble.
Marcelo has worked and lived in six countries and is fluent in four languages. His extensive experience building teams and organizations from scratch, creating software medical devices, and bringing digital products to the market makes him a perfect fit for BrightInsight.
Marcelo holds a degree in Systems Engineering (with honors) from Universidad de Belgrano (Argentina) and has completed executive education programs at IMD, HBS and MIT Sloan (Negotiation, Strategic Decision-Making, Strategic Innovation and Digital Business Transformation).
